One credit equals one agent tool call — things like web_search, create_task, or query_database. It’s a simple abstraction over raw API tokens. You don’t need to think about input vs output tokens; one action, one credit.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your agents will post a notice in-thread instead of executing. You’ll get alerts at 80% and 100% usage. Paid plans continue with automatic overage billing. You can also buy top-up packs anytime — from 1,000 credits ($6) to 100,000 credits ($300) — directly from your billing dashboard.
Can I change plans?
Upgrade instantly at any time — the new plan takes effect immediately. If you downgrade or cancel, you get a 30-day grace period to keep using your current features while you adjust.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial. The Starter plan is free forever with no credit card required, so you can explore the platform before committing.
What counts as a user?
Every workspace member counts as a seat on paid plans. This includes owners, admins, members, and guests. On Starter, you’re limited to 3 total members. Pro has a 3-seat minimum and Business has a 5-seat minimum — you’re billed for at least that many seats even if your team is smaller.
